Compliance

Asset Credentials

Are used to track all vessel credentials; a credential can be a document, permit, license, certification, inspection, etc., basically anything that has an expiration date that you need to keep track of can be done in asset credential.

Linked Asset Credentials

Once the credential has been created you add the credential to the asset file and attach a digital copy to the credential so both shore side and vessel crew can always have a copy.

Asset Credentials Report

Once the credential has been created you add the credential to the asset file and attach a digital copy to the credential so both shore side and vessel crew can always have a copy.

Compliance Forms

The user created compliance forms are at the heart of the maintenance and compliance modules in TowWorks. You can create audits, inspections, checklists, in addition to recording drills and training, etc. Another advantage of the compliance forms is document control, this way you always have the updated versions available for use within your fleet with no possibility of an obsolete version getting into the system.

Unexpected Answers

Answers in compliance forms are set up as expected or unexpected answers, this drives the auto issue/task generation features and allows you to collect KPI’s for internal and external reporting requirements.

Auto Generated Issues

Forms can be set up to auto-generate issues and tasks based upon the answers to the individual questions and then show the link from the form to closeout/completion of the issue/task.

Issues Linked on Forms

Clicking on the red Issue link beside the question will open the issue for you to add more information, assign to someone for resolution, close out the issue, etc. Within issues you can attach documents and pictures in addition to linking an issue to a component if you are using the maintenance module.

Filter Inspection Forms

You can filter the completed forms by asset, inspections type, date, time, and create custom filters for the individual user.

Inspections with Failed Reasons

This shows the inspection details and only the questions that received an unexpected answer, it is a quick way to find potential problems or issues depending on how you have set the form up.

Filter Failed Inspections

This allows you to filter by inspection type, asset, date, time, questions and references to filter even deeper allowing you to monitor more KPI’s.

Boat Inspection Matrix

This pivot table is used to track vessel inspections by month, providing real-time results showing vessel compliance with internal and external training/drill/inspection requirements.

Inspection Forms to Employee Records

By using the unique PIN assigned to each crew member a digital signature is affixed to the forms and a copy of the signed form is automatically placed in the personnel file of each individual who signed the form; enabling you to track the pertinent training, drill, document, etc. quickly and easily – you never have to worry about a lost paper form again.

Inspection Personnel

This allows a user to filter by inspection type, employee and vessel to see who participated in any inspections, drills, safety meetings, etc. so you can monitor individual participation in these events.
