The customizable Job Board is where your dispatchers or coordinators open, manage and close out jobs within the system. They can track all active, scheduled and pending jobs by geographical location, facility/dock or customer on the Job Board while viewing real time active, stand-by and off duty personnel availability; all in the same screen.
No more worrying about correct hose or start/stop times with this job sheet. Each individual tankerman’s hours stay with him while the barge times, delays and material entries stay with the job and automatically transfer to the relieving parties. All of this information is available for real-time viewing by office personnel.
Tankerman job notifications are auto-populated with the data that is entered into the Job Order along with any cargo, customer, facility or vessel specific PPE requirements; you can also add additional notes and instructions before you send the notice from the convenient button located on the Job Board.
User defined job aids (PIC Lists) covering specific requirements for cargos, facilities, vessels, equipment and customers. This greatly reduces the time it takes to get critical information into your team’s hands. These editable lists of PPE, Safety and critical information auto-populate the job notifications increasing efficiencies for both office and field personnel.
This feature allows the employee as well as the manager to monitor and update employee timesheets ensuring that the employee’s hours worked are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Auto-populated with data from the job sheet, they can add or edit information for each job before it is submitted for approval.
